Engineering 4 U Ltd manufacture steel model boilers for model engineers who want to try their models with live steam. The first production boilers are less than 2 litres capacity and have a maximum pressure of 90 psi. Each boiler, in its basic form, is supplied with a fitted safety valve and bushes welded to the end plates plus a steam dome. A safety certification is provided subject to conditions and is valid for 12 months.

Each boiler can be supplied with the following fittings at an additional cost:

• Pressure Gauge and Siphon

• Water Gauge (fittings and glass)

• Copper Pipe Fittings (for water inlet)

Boilers are batch manufactured five at a time and TIG welded by a coded operator. Customers who have expressed an interest will be contacted when a batch is nearing completion to see if they would like to purchase one. In other words it is a first come first offered system. However, a bracketed time will be given!
